Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic rules for using Aroma Fair. By using the site, you agree to use it only as free adult entertainment.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aroma Fair. If you are under 18, do not use the games.

2. Entertainment only

Aroma Fair is a social casino-style entertainment site. It does not provide real-money gambling. There are no deposits, paid bets, purchases, withdrawals or prizes of monetary or real-world value.

3. Virtual coins

Virtual coins are fictional gameplay units only. They are not money, cryptocurrency or property and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, withdrawn, redeemed or exchanged for anything of value.

4. Nickname and local profile

No traditional account is required. An optional nickname, age confirmation and virtual coin balance may be stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for access to your device. Clearing browser data or changing devices may erase this information.

5. Game results

Game results are generated for entertainment. A previous result does not guarantee or predict any future result. Virtual payout tables apply only to pretend coins within Aroma Fair.

6. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the operation or security of the site, attempt to exploit errors, use automated systems to disrupt the games, or use the site for unlawful activity.

7. Availability

We may update, suspend, remove or replace games and site features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. No financial advice or gambling prediction

Nothing on Aroma Fair is financial advice or a prediction of real-money gambling performance. Success with pretend coins does not indicate likely success with real money.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the site changes. The version displayed on this page is the version that applies when you use the site.
